A long time. Set it to climb and cook dinner. Eat it. Clean the dishes. Read the paper. Take out the trash.

You only register 500fpm or so after a while, so you can do the math.

Maybe HTC could made a "Aces Space" next for astronaut wannabees ?
I'm sure this bomber pilot would like it.

Big <S> for those who still fly under 28k !

Actually, not that long at all. You can be at 33k or so if you take of from A1 and fly south to the HQ.

Use the high airfields for your bombers and skip dinner. You'll have more fun and stay thinner.

Instead of chasing B-17, you should be already intercepting it from ahead.

Also, those B-17s has some funny heaters in engines and cabin so that it does not suffer about being over 30k.
Fuel modifier isn't the best thing at all either.. I have been flying fort at 35k and seen lots of Bf109's glide down before they've been even close to me!
...and those poor guys who have got so far, have been drop down by .50 calibers because they were sooo easy targets for the stable fort while they try to struggle with that rock.

Okey.. lets finally bring down those B-17s to more realistic levels thank you.

Can I have this one ?
Looks like with this it could be fun to chase our Strato Bombers

695km/h (431mph) at 10,500m (34,451 ft.)
750km/h (466mph) at 9,000m (29,529 ft.) with MW-50
760km/h (472mph) at 12,500m (41,012 ft.)with MW-50 and GM-1

Climb rate: 1000m/minute
Ceiling: 14,800m (48,560 ft.)

I really don't have the specs on the climb rate Staga. I wonder if you do? Guess I'll have to take the time to flight test it. Don't forget to take less fuel.

I remember flying alone from A1 to HQ not long ago and finding myself at 30k while over HQ. I might have passed over it and come back though.  I bombed it and then lowered to 25k to get some action. I usually don't like to fly high enough to be out of harms way as it's kinda boring.
