My kind of restaurant
« on: November 07, 2008, 01:40:03 PM »
This place is located in Tempe, AZ I believe. Never been there but will put it on the list of "place to go". :aok

Gotta love the menu board, especially "Dr. Jon's Balanced Breakfast" ... Choclate covered doughnut and Lucky Strikes. That grill flame looks like me when I fly buffs.

had a buddy who went to college out there who always talked about this place.  said it was always a ton of fun with hot chicks in nurse outfits and good food.

I am wiping the tears from my eyes just to write this :cry This is proof that there is a God. I'm so happy now. If only I could plan a trip around this place so the wife would not suspect anything.

I'm looking for ideas on how to snow her into going to Arizona. I don't think visiting the Mexican border would be believable.

I didn't weigh 70 pounds when I was 12.  Heck, I only weighed 75 pounds when I was a freshman in high school.  Keeping in mind I was only 4'9" tall at the time.

I gotta go with the one on the left as well.  Although the one pushing the wheelchair is a cutey.

Going to Mexico from Arizona is not a real good idea right now. They have had 2 grenade and gun battles with the Police and drug gangs in Nogales in the last month. The Sonora Police Chief (like state Chief of Police) was ambushed and killed along with some Officers by drug gang folks using grenades and machine guns.

Just an FYI but do come and visit Arizona for a sun tan. Still 75 degrees here today.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

$8 for a burger, $5.50 for smokes, and $3 for a High Life? Is everyone in Arizona high?

My guess is hubs, that very few of the clientele actually knows what they are paying to eat there.  Just a guess. :)
