Yea that was the one I was going to do back when Ki-67 skins were asked for a few years ago. Only thing was that its on a Ki-67 prototype. I emailed skuzzy a few days ago asking if it would be okay to do it. Got a reply saying that he would have to ask pyro but he was on vacation. Havent herd anything after that.

Thanks for the site. Its just what I was looking for. :aok

Yea I asked skuzzy if I could be unPNGed and he said he'll give me one more chance. Only thing is he unPNGed "truekill" and not "larry". I did that name change thing they let you do and go under "Larry" now so I would have liked to use it but oh well. :aok

This is what I have from looking at those photos. Tell me if they look okay or not.

The engine.

The wheel.

Here is my template so far. I'm using a test color so I can see how the revits, panel lines, etc. look when painted. Ill keep working on the basics until I hear something from HTC about the prototype skin. Maybe Ill start painting one of those poo brown skins this week. Just have to find one with certain numbers because of the mirroring on the tail.

Looking good so far. I think it should be ok for the proto type in light of the red ME163 & there is so little of variety on this plane.

The thing with prototypes is I think they dont want them because most of them didnt see combat. But with some german and japaneis prototypes they were armed and put into combat. I dont have any info about the camo one being in combat so I had to ask but i do have another one thats all green that said it was in a unit and "lost" during the war. If all goes right I should have a total of five skins done for it.

Here is want I have done of the first one I'm doing. its an upgrade of our default skin flown by 3rd chutai, 61st sentai sometime in 1945. Still trying to work with the brown paint and my first try at the paint chipping. That line on the top of the nose is apparently from the numbers "48" I'm going to try and find out what pixels it is and move the numbers around to fix it.
