My last Manson experience happened at the Bottoms Up club in Fayettnam (Fayetteville) N.C. about 10 years ago. Anyone who has ever been there knows that Bottoms Up doesn't have a DJ, just a Juke Box.
So naturally I was drinking pitchers of Old Milwaukee, because that's all they serve, and I was feelin' pretty good. So then one of the dancers is tryin to hit me up for a few bucks for music and I'm like alright but I get to choose. So I go to the Juke Box and I see through the haze in my eyes that there are 2 Manson Cd's. Bingo! I feed in the money to have both Cd's play straight through. First up was Beautiful People. The dancer liked that one. Then came Cake and Sodomy and I started getting funny looks. When the next song started to play and they realized it another Manson song the Bouncer came over and asked me how many Manson songs I played and I said all of them. After a small discussion of what an Ahole they thought I was because they couldn't unplug to Box to reset it. I was asked to leave. None of the girls wanted to dance to Manson and some of the customers were starting to leave. 2 Manson Cd's straight though. What a riot.
I laughed as I hopped into a cab and proceeded to Magic City. All went well there. They had a DJ.
