Whats with all the damn P-51's since tour start, 2 things I ahve noticed.

1. most air battles are taking place at over 13,000 feet
2. tons of P-51s

Earlier today i was rodney kinged by no less than 4 P-51's nothing but P-51s... I fly the P-38 and im used to being able to enter a furball and take a swipe and cut out for another approach but now i get my bellybutton chased for miles and miles by P-51s...frusterating...

Well the only good thing ive noticed is that MANY who suddenly adopted the stang dont have clue how to fly it properly so unless they somehow get on my six on the deck they can usually be made short work of..but man a furball of em is a nightmare because ya cant get in and out because they can catch yer ass.

I too have noticed an increase in ponies in the MA. Why? they're crap! They accelerate like a pig, climb like a 400 ton brick, couldnt out-turn the titanic, and have 6 pea-shooters for guns.

I suspect that it's a lot to do with the influx of new people. My kills/death is about double what it was last tour. Lots of people underestimating my Yak and paying the price =)
