These are not vulches or .50's vs. Buffs
« on: November 12, 2008, 08:00:39 PM »
These were called vulches... seems that definition is skewed too. Also, I've spoken to several new people who will avoid buffs at all cost if they are not in a cannon bird. I feel they are missing  chances at exhilarating combat, win or lose, in their .50 MG rides.

Out of the sun?

One kill in the first pass, two in the second!

I enjoy seeing screen shots.  I'm really just learnign how to do them.  The really talented guys make them look awesome!   :salute

A lot just parrot the terms they here without knowing what the terms mean.  I got into a downward spiral turn fight with fireplug in the MW once and after I shot him down, he cried about me BnZing him and refusing to turn with him.  I pointed out that a spiral is in fact a turn and just because the turning was in the vertical doesn't make it BnZ.  His reply that any vertical maneuvering is BnZ.

All you gotta do with players like that is chuckle at their ignorance and laugh at them as their plane goes down in flames.

Like I said.  All these terms are defined on the Trainers site, netaces.org, and AHWiki.  Some are AH specific.  Most go back 20 years.  Refer them to the appropriate reference.  If they are that clueless on the terminology, they probably don't even frequent the boards.

For God's sake Steve, detune the 200. Every 3 days you are making a post about what people say on it. If I was interested in reading up what a bunch of nasty retarded lemur-children the AHII player base was, I'd tune it in myself.

I was going to say that I shot the wing off a lanc tonight with just the two 13mm's in the K-4 I was flying after spending all my cannon rounds takeing down three other Lancs but I'm sure ack ack will hold it against me as another

self-flatulating posts of how 'uber' you are.

You got me there...You just can't make yourself NOT look at the train-wreck.

Steve has a better sense of humor than me, I can see that right off...if I had to read crap like this while flying, I'd have crushed my joystick by now.
