Beaufighter, yes!

b-29 a-26?  NO!  I'm still very confused about why we need either of these?  We should only get the b-29 if we get the Ki-100 or whatever it was and HTC enables collisions, because thats the only way we'll kill a b-29 at alt.

so in other words...Just say no to more american bombers!

Bongaroo, the B-29 would probably be a waste in the MA, as slow as the dang thing climbs, and as big as it is. Think of it like this:

In WW2, the B-29 was made to go up to like 35K, where no fighter could touch it... no one in AHII will go up that high, at most, they'll go to like 10, maybe 15K. When they get up there, it's really just a big target to whoever can go up there and catch it. IIRC, they caught fire pretty easily, so it would probably be like a huge B-24
No one knows what the future may bring.

I would be the one that would take the time to climb to 20K+ in that uber bomber cause I've already done it in a B-17 and a B-24 before. Although it took some time I eventually got there and then completed my bombing run which also helped out with a mission that I didn't even know was inbound until I mademy descent to land at the nearest base due to the lack of fuel that I had. But I would use for a long distance HQ run if I got really bored.

I've seen plenty of fighters at 30K. Most of them, however, are mission-based fighter sweeps and HQ raids. (Not to mention the random fighter jockey who pointed a Ta-152 skyward to see how far it'd go.) But, this may also add an entire new element to fighter missions. See, skilled mission planners may recognize the small/med darbar deep inside enemy territory as a climbing B-29 formation (side note- it may be a good idea to add a darbar multiplier to B-29's to balance them out a bit) and quickly organize a high-altitude interceptor mission. With a large interceptor mission likely to take off as soon as the B-29's broke the dar floor, long range fighter escort would be necessary. Personally, I believe that this could potentially introduce a whole new dimension to gameplay.

However, I also believe that the B-29 is last on the list of things we need. Even though this could be good for the game, I'd rather see the Ohka put in before the B-29. (Mostly because putting in the Ohka would establish the framework for introducing landing transports with vehicles, but it's still an all-around bad idea.) Also, the B-29 would need a heavy perk price to prevent it being abused, but that goes without saying.

Also, WE WILL NEVER PUT NUKES IN IT. PERIOD.

Talking about the Ohka but we don't even have the Betty to carry it and who going to fly the slow Betty loaded with fuel with very  slow to a base and launch if off. Good luck with that. :rofl :rofl
