Who are You and Where did you go?

I am not the best shot in the world (duh), but with the recent knight/rook truce it has been more difficult then usual to finish killing some of you.

As soon as I get a good solid hit on you guys you dive away and run or call a truckload of friends over to run me off. Die would ya?

Oh, and <S> for successfully evading me.

Somehow, we held our northern fields for four or more hours, despite being outnumbered two-to-one on both fronts (tonight). It was very interesting.

LOL...This coming from a guy who rarely leaves the security of the other 13 51s winging together.  One of the 13 of you shouldnt have any trouble running down your prey.

My only concern is the altitude of the fights in this terrian. We went from 10k to 15k fights in the last terrian to 23k to 28k fights this terrian.

I just dont have time to grab to that alt, and the fact that my Typhoon preforms best undr 18k pretty much rules me out hi alt unless im buff hunting.

So for now as i did last night, ill stay at 18k and drag everyone to 5k   Its amazing 8 fighters at 25k will lose all there alt to chase a lone tiffy . Ill take it low all the time and enjoy the fight.

Dog out......

Actually, Dingy, most of my kills have been right in the thick of it, outnumbered, but
covering *a* 13th member. All it takes is two.   We'll get around to more, later.

What I was referring to in my post was the knight 51 jock that I fought for three turns at 25k, before he dove into 35 to lose me. I got a good tag on him inside of 25 yards before I had to get out myself. Immediately, I was swamped by at least ten cons, so I left. I was hoping it was Cavey that disappeared into the canyon, but...

Ripsnort? I suppose you *could* look at this differently...

...it's just hard to tell how many of those eastern cons are knight and how many rook.

Oh, so your statement was tongue in cheek?  I have MANY screen shots of unbalance where Knits have a two front defensive war going, do you wish me to post them all?  I can attach dates too.

If your going to whine about a gang bang voss at least pick one that occured. In your own picture the numbers on you rook front are equal. The red bar at 18 is a knight raid with carrier there. The North front doenst even look close to 2 to 1.

Actually, Pongo, when I get home I'll post a pic where there wasn't anyone at 18 at all... but it was from the same day.

It seems that alot of this tour has been 2 countries vs 1.  The victim has been rotating pretty fairly.  When your country has been targetted 33% of the time, its hard to accept that someone else is getting it just as hard.

I do know that last night started (for me) with pretty even battles occuring.  Eventually, the knits started ignoring the bish up north and focused on the rooks.  90% of the knits were attacking rooks as we swept through the northern bases.  We were also hitting the Rooks about as hard down south, but they were defending so things were going slower.  Eventually, the knits brought a CV to a recently captured base and a furball occured while a large number of bish were attacking a base farther north.  It ended up that about 90% of the bish were hitting the knits.

I just wish that the people complaining about being gang-banged here weren't so prone to participate in it in the arena.  Seems the problem would eventually work itself out.  But people feel its ok for them to do it since they are just returning the favor.  The endless cycle continues.

I guess it could be worse.  When you log on, you could just be assigned to a front and have to stay there.
