Using an Antec 1200 as well and there is plenty of space behind the case, even a couple of pre-installed re-usable zip tie like things backthere for convenience. Only problem I had with wires is my 8 Pin power like death said, so I had to stretch that one straight across my mobo but that's not really a complaint about the case.
