70 degrees Fahrenheit is cold, and it's 33 right now....  :cry

This could be like the coldest day of the year this year.  :lol

By the 3rd week of Sept. we were having -5 to -10 temps.  Late Sept. 6 inches of snow.  Got cold way too early up here.  Been just as cold, and colder since.  Last time we saw temps and snow this early was ten years ago.........winter then gave us 12 feet of snow, and temps as low as -60's.  Afeared that's what winter is going to bring us this year

Winters like this you make sure survival equipment is loaded in vehicles.  Temps like that, break downs are often and with no warning.

Got down to the low 30's, high 20's here in bama. Never been this cold this early in the season that i remember. Pray for all those hunters this winter.

Hi's in the 40s and lows in the 20s with nice sunny skies for the last few days here in Jackson Hole. Overall its normal for the year, but I'm hoping we'll have another record breaking year with more than 700 inches of snow this winter! I skied bottomless powder every day I went out last year.  :aok

Georgetown here.

I gotta get me a jacket! It was like 40 this morning :lol

I've only seen snow twice ever, and ice only about 5 times ever. THAT'S how hot it is in Texas.

While stationed in Abilene Tx back in the mid eighties we had a couple cold snaps that were near zero for a few days. Lots of frozen pipes on the base.
