I'd like to see some good old fashioned dying in the cockpit kinda stuff like a few versions ago. I wanna see some parts fly with some fire and a good old loud kaboom. Really adds to the fun if you know the moment of death is more animated, lettin the guy goin down know that hes buyin the farm for sure.

Just a small thing that adds to the game...

That would definately add to the game. I don't know if its doable, but cockpit damage would really add to the immersion too.

I'd like to see broken or shattered canopies when you get a pilot wounding, with the wind sound suddenly howling real loud, and maybe smoke or visible fumes hazing things over a bit. Maybe some broken flight instruments. Other times maybe engine damage would throw oil on the windscreen.

These things can really crank up the clutch factor... I hope HTC devotes some resources to it.

When I saw the title of this thread Cooler Croaking
I thought hblair was suffering from a fridge breakdown and would be in a poor and destitute way, drinking warm beer.

I gotta say the new (new to me anyway) wounded pilot and engine oil artwork is really cool. Also the ditching is extra nice. Very cool. These are the little things that add to immersion immensely.

heres proof that HT listens.

i'd still love to see instrument hits and canopy troubles.

ill expect a change by 2008
