New damage effects, perhaps some tanks or airplanes,Maby a minor update with some fixes and such?

-sighs- I mean this update you  R tards, the sharks with lasers would have been added last update to be ready 'hiding" for the recently passed 08' con.

I caped a few "jaws" in my 39 tho.
