I don't understand why people could possibly like Titanic Tuesdays. There are constant gargantuan hordes and having that amount of players in the same place causes tons of lag and other bugs. It's gotten to the point where my squad is changing it's squad night (it's been Tuesday since before TT started).
HTC split up the arenas for a reason...

This isn't my first rodeo here on these subjects, but since you brought it up, what is the problem with Titanic Tuesdays?  Appears to me there is always a fight to be found and side balance is controlled with the age old response of "switch sides".  Also, it is EASY to log in that night during prime hours.

TT sucks because nothing but gangs and hores. I want a fight not a fly in to a fight have 10 others jump me and have to start all over again. Without incentive to switch you would have people generally would not switch and stay where they are because the fights would be easier. Not everybody in the game has enough respective for the other players to keep the sides even. It's just the real world.

It is easy to log in but finding fights that most consider fun is another story. Since you have been to many "rodeo's" cowboy then you should know that these have been systems that have been placed through testing aimed at getting as close as possible to a happy medium.

Oooooo, I almost forgot that one, "move your squad night".  Yet another customer providing their own support.  Thanks

And after each "test", I argue the easy button for HT and company was the option chosen.  Not the one that MOST customers support.

TT was only added after after people whined loud enough about the split arenas that HTC decided to remind them why they were split in the first place.

this is a little out of charter for me but if my squad is in the org and I can't get in I don't want to go to the blue arena.  That being said I have a suggestion as to where to place your cupcake.

Well...since "Money" is the cupcake here.....I'm not sure he would appreciate the location for your cupcake holder!!! :D

Money...I know this might be a little tough for you and watanna to understand......but the system works exactly as HT wanted it to work. Does that mean that sometimes, someone is "inconvenienced"? Yes, but your individual convenience is less important to HTC than the overall "health" of the game. If either of you doubt (or have problems understanding) what I'm talking about......you might want to make use of the "search" function.

Have a nice day.... :devil

This may not be an actual test but so far it seems most of the people here seem to think that it is a good solution.

Not sure where you are coming up with the "MOST" want it your way statement. Have you taken a poll or just had 2000+ players contact you personally to tell you that they are not happy with the current system.

Is the difficulty logging in tonight and indication of the service we can expect over the holidays?

I tried for 20 minutes to log into the Orange arena.  During that time, I watched all the resources open in other arenas going to waste.

When I started to log in...
EW 12/350
MW 63/350
Orange 305/200
Blue 147/250
AvA 0/200
SE1 33/650
SE2 0/650
SE3 0/650

Twenty minutes later...
EW 11/350
MW 64/350
Orange 288/300
Blue 152/250
AvA 0/200
SE1 33/650
SE2 0/650
SE3 0/650

Pathetic customer service.  Prime time and people are dropping off because it is a pain in the (_*_) to log in.  I realize we only pay a few bucks a month, but for Christ's sake, you guys have been running this thing for years and still can't do anything on your end to make this easier on players.  everything requires the player to adjust to lazy fat business practices.

Your arena is to full?  "Pick a different arena"  fly with people you don't know or on a terrain you don't like.
Sides are unbalanced?  "Switch to another side"
Want to fly your favorite plane?  "Sorry, env says ewe can't at the moment", "Read other options above"

Being the only decent WWII era Flight Comabt sim for the past years is the only thing that keeps this thing afloat.  It could last longer and have larger participation if people didn't have to contend with a company resting on their laurels.  I'm not asking for a new grphics engine, different planes, new content, etc..  I just want to be able to get to the existing content quickly, have fun, and log out!

Ewe can take that to the bank!

Money

I think arena caps should be increased or ecleast take into account the size of the map.... but HOLY rant batman! :rofl :  :rofl

I took a poll, slapped it upside the BBs here and the information fell out like candy from a pinyata.

But I digress.  My final point on the subject.......

If our login habits are any indication as to what the customer's desires are, it is obvious MOST want in the arena with the most players/fun.  If not, why is one arena maxed all the time and the other filled with those who got tired of the same old BS responses and gave up questioning?   I mean 3 special event areans 2 that have nothing going on?  an AvA arena where maybe 2 guys and a few shade accounts live?  Up the arena caps a tad and it would help a ton.  I still hate the "happy medium" of two arenas, but can live with it IF I can get in the one I desire.  The holidays are here!!!!!

Geez, you think just maybe that HTC knows this and that there just might be another reason for doing things the way they do???

Once again, I offer you a clue rake (they are cheap...get one of you own :))......use the SEARCH function. Answers to all of your questions are readily available via that function. :)

(one more little clue...this small company with the customer service that you talk so bad about....will generally take your phone calls and give you answers to many of your questions. I suggest you call between 10am and 5pm CST.)
