this is a cool site. My cfi had me listen to it when i was getting my private to help me understand more of how comms work between pilots and the tower.  Good post.

The few frequencies I listened to were rather boring. It's a great educational aid, though.

LOW........on the left, near the top, you'll see a search box. then under that, a light blue box. click on "liveatc audio feeds". this'll give you a page with the world map. click on the god ole USA, then you get a mile long page of avaiable airports.

from the home page, look on the left side

Make sure you register on the forum so you can listen to the ATC/Aviation Audio Clips.

Look for the JFK ground/tower clips, those are always best, it will also give you a clue as to why Kennedy has such wicked delays.  Also look for "Boston" John, he's the coolest controller on the east coast.

I listen to KCOS on my scanner. Military flights come in all the time for refuel. Last weekend a whole squadron of uper hornets came into runway 120. Pattern goes right over my house. The raptor on tuesday was awesome. Those new engines have a very distinct sound.
