3gigs ram
« on: November 28, 2008, 07:29:18 AM »
I have 3 gigs of ram. How do i know if Windows is letting AH use as much ram as it can? Does it even matter? I had a friend tell me that I should do the 3mb switch to utilize all memory. When I started to read up on this, I just get more confused. Is this even worth trying?

The 3G switch is a computer myth. It belongs to the series of tweaks that never did much and later were completely outdated by OS patches. Your computer will be able to handle every bit of 3 gigs running stock settings.

Just make you have SP2 or higher installed.
