Mission organizer points

Hi all, I have just returned from a 6 month pause from AH, and still see the same problem; lack of missions to join.

I think I have a solution to remedy that, and the suggestion is to let the mission organizers have a share of the points and perks that any involved AC generates.

Wouldn't this stimulate well organized mission planning?

I suggested this a while back, got zero interest. I can't see why. Its an obvious method of developing teamwork.  Everyone in a mission gets the perk points won by anyone else in the mission, this may lead to some perk inflation but if they also give us more things to do with Perks that would be ok.  If you think this would be too much could always divide it by some factor to as low as the number of people in the mission. However that low might have a negative effect since guys who are going to be doing the main scoring might feel like they are being robbed. But if you shared all points, then you would always have those escorts for a buff mission and always have the extra goon and buffs you need as back up. EVen if their are no interceptors to shoot down or no need for he backup goon or buff they will still enjoy a perk reward for joining in on the group effort. Personally I think the mission concept without this is kinda a failed system as it achieves less than its potential to boost game enjoyment.

Exactly my thoughts, this would surely promote teamwork in a better way, and thus mission planning. Perks and points could be divided by the number of people that joined the mission, inlcuding gunners.

This, however, extends to my initial post, that suggested that also the mission planner should receive part of generated points, rewarding him for a succesfully planned mission.

I like this idea prety well too. I am sure the point (perk) sharing idea would make missions more popular.

I think that if a mission is made using perk planes that they should be free to those who join too.  This way newer guys who dont have the perk points can join the missions too and fly them.  maybe the "perk" plane missions generated could be automatic so that perk plane lovers wont be generating perk plane mission after perkplane mission to keep the perk haters a little more happy.
Maybe a limit on the number of "Mission Generated" perkplanes available per country would help keep every mission from having perkplanes.  or a limit per airfield? (if airfield is damaged no perks available but 1 or 2 extra perks available at airfields near factories, citys, or HQ's?)
