I am bringing this up again...Early War Craft
« on: November 30, 2008, 05:42:50 PM »
We have imo enough in the MA to keep everyone happy.

However we are limited in what can be done as far as Scenarios because of the Lack of Aircraft and Armor from the early war time period.

Time to fill in the holes.

The list is long and has been presented many times in the past.

The earliest Japanese fighter we have is the A6M2.  The only bomber we have is the Ki67.
We definately need to fill this void.  Oscar?  We need it.

LW....sorely need the He111 and the Ju52.....Do17 needed also

Russian planeset......no bomber  or an early war Yak.......LAGG etc. needed.

RAF....Beaufighter, Beaufighter, Beaufighter.  One of the most successful multi-purpose aircraft of WWII.
An early war Bomber for the RAF would be nice also.

I could go on...but my soapbox needs shored up.

Ground vehicles....Where is the Sherman???  Every allied country in WW2 used it!

G.55? Love to see the Oscar be added.

The G.55 is a Mid War aircraft at best. It was Italy's last great aircraft.
No where close to being an Early War aircraft.
Though I wouldn't mind seeing it, I'd rather see the CR.42, G.50 and C.200 for Italy.

....and again you hijack an Early War thread with a request for a Mid to Late War ride.

I strongly agree with the addition of the Oscar, Sherman, and Beaufighter...ermm and the He11 obviously, everyone wants it!
