190D / 190A5 / 152 teaching available
« on: December 06, 2008, 10:24:05 PM »
Well, that's the idea.
You can wing up anytime, and have unrestricted access to any tips and hints, even the stuff I usualy wouldnt tell anyone to keep some advantage for myself. First come, first served. Starts around next weekend and lasts as long as you need it. If someone gets the spot ahead of you, you get his spot if I'm online and he's not.
I can teach some ok skills in ground attack, but almost everything will be biased towards air to air combat.

By the end, you should be able to dive into at least 2:1 MA odds and come out on top more often than not. You won't have to do nothing but Boom & Zoom anymore. There's good chances you'll learn some good wingman skills too.

I got a PM from someone at 6am, so he gets first spot. I will give priority to people based on the timestamp on their reply, as promised..

Minke - I have to be honest and say that unfortunately the F8 and A8 are not my specialty at all... So all I'll be able to help you with is some above-average help in the A5. It's really the 152 and D9 to a lesser degree that I can completely help with.

I'm also in EST time zone.  See you guys sometime next weekend (PC broke and parts ETA friday).

and if you'd like, I could also help, allowing one more person to make it a schwarm. We can work in rottes.

no one flies a 152 like moot. winging in the dohnut last year or so was a great eye opener for me in regards to the 152's abilities.  :salute

Thanks Bat :)

Looks like we're booked till mid jan. You can still go for a spot, but there's no guarantee the 7 or so people ahead of you will all be absent for you to get a session in before then.

Hey moot,
Thanks for the heads-up on the thread. I'm in as soon as you get time. :salute

If anyone wants help with the FW's.. I can be found in the DA usually.  I know, I know...  however it is the perfect place to practice this stuff.

What I have in mind is one of 2 things...

1) use Furball lake and hang off to the side, asking for some opposition (not a horde, altho we could also use the grinder)  or

2) use the paired dueling bases for some 1 v 1, 2 v 2, etc which removes us from the potential aggravation of Furball Lake.

<edit>  I don't use vox so all comms are by typing.

I'll be posting films and notes.. Just give me some time to un-rust and organize the write-ups so they're as clear and foolproof as I can make em.. First of these should come out in February at the latest. They'll possibly be linked to in some way on the Ta152, D9, and A5 wiki pages.
