No it is not normal  In the networking business, that is known as a router flap.  Not a good thing at all.

Northern IN comcast hostage here same disco and log in probs .  Don't  know how to ping wish i could help though.  I guess i am in the offline practice arena. ill keep checking in tho good luck :cry :salute

alright been runnin pingplot almost hour, i see it all goes really wack every like 15-20 mins.. fwiw..

skuzzy would that suggest somethin like a failed piece of equipment resetting or something? there has been a hell of a snowstorm up here in the seattle/portland area..

First couldnt logg on to game then , got in game for 15 min then lost connect, couldnt log on to htc web site for few min...
