password resend: not showing up in my email

built myself a new pc for xmas and dont have my password anymore

hit the resend button a few times yesterday and once again today and im getting nothing in my email.

email is a yahoo account and its not showing up in spam either

roy said i belive that yahoo can delay the mail for up to a week .
simple fix just call htc monday and sign up for a g-mail or hotmail account
and change ur info on your account

Or, if you still have access to your old pc, go into your htc folder, settings and use notepad to open your login.cfg file, username and password will be in there.

I have the same problem except I unsaved my password and its not in the Login file so I'm waiting til monday to call HTC to get it. Hope you have better luck then I do in retrieving it yourself. These emails suck lol one year ago I had no problem getting a Password resent.  :salute

There is nothing I can do.  Access to account data is only available from the office.  I am off until Wednesday.  You need to contact Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com 817-251-1540) Monday morning.

Got any idea about if she can give me my password if i give her my information? Or no Just wondering.

Yeah shes always good with that I member I called Her when i used to play alot due to some problems got a straight answer. Boy I wish Verizon Tech support was more like HTC Tech support.

i tried doing that but the machine that has my login info is a vista machine, and the new one is xp64. i can find the file on xp machine but its missing in the vista machine...

Go here  C:\Users\_______\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\HTC\Aces High II\settings\Login

The blank spot is your name.

You will find your ID & Password there.
