My neighbourhood is heating up too..
Yesterday a guy two houses down found a plastic bag on his driveway. He accused the nextdoor neighbour of not closing his garbage can properly so the bag in question was allowed to fly out when the wind picked up. The neighbour admittet that that may have been the case and apologized, but for awhile there it was pretty tense.
