Tired of a lone fighter foiling 30 mins of hard work

Ya Kierien, when I am lagging I know I am and I relog or restart after I land/Die. I don't dispute that sometimes I do warp, but I don't keep playing.  When 1 person I shoot down says I warp, and nobody on my team says I am, I won't relog during flight.

Part of what irritated the hell outta me was that we were 7 or 8 knights who told you t warp, and yo basically told us to f*ck off, and refused to relog.

  I didnt say diddly off. I was right in the middle of a dog fight, and wanted to try and land my plane. but  couldnt cause everyone kept trying to shoot me. I relogged real quick, and didn't tell anyone just to see how many people would start squeaking on chanel 1. After a few mins I told you guys I relogged. Oh ya and last nite, you rooks 28 or some base all closed down, and I rolled ou tmy C-47 and somehow it killed some of your C-47 troops. lol. Or maybe it was all those vulchers trying to kill me, maybe a stray shot killed one. I wasn't trying to whine about the lone fighters ect, just saying it would be cool if troops could do stuff. Like sending in 1 c-47 and dropping the troops near the FH, they could destroy the FH's, but not be able to destroy map room. Or maybe give them semi auto matics, would look cool if they went running to the map room shooting.

To get back to the original thread,,, I don't like it when people do that either; I've posted one whine about it (didn't get quite the responses you got here tho thank God  ); but two days later realised that I posted in haste and in the heat of the moment.  Stuff happens, people play the way they do, and as much as it sucks to hear it, I realize that the base needs to be closed as much as possible before trying to take it, otherwise it's a crapshoot.  I don't condone flying fighters or bombers at 0 alt, but if it can be done then some people will do it.

It happens to everyone on 50% of all field attacks/captures.  Lone fighter takes out a coupla troops on the ground.  What do you expect if you don't level the field with bombers/jabo.  Either that or get some people down to vluch anyone how spawns.  I know it's not realistic, but there is something you can do about it... hit the fighter hangers.  Only large fields have lots of FH's, but those should be tough nuts to crack so build a real attack on them.

btw, I was the goon that took 12 from you... nice bombing and jabo work by some other guys set it up for me.  That was a nice mission, veteran job by everyone.  Snuck right in there, took a chance on it, but it all worked out.

To hear Maximus complain about this... stratodweeb extrodinare, ackstarrer without equal.  Damn, gives me a warm feeling in my heart.  I stopped recording the videos of him when he's over 30K in a B17... ran outta HD space for it all.
