No not what I was saying at all. If I insult you it will not be a hidden insult. I had a few jumps when I was a young man and didnt have so many aches and pains. RA has set in now so I have to be careful how far beyond normal activity levels I try to go or I would try the suit but not near mountains like that. I dont know if 'brave' is how I would describe it.

Oh, my apologies. Looking on it, I guess I did kinda jump the gun there, sorry!

My father used to sky-dive. I don't really have a choice, he's going to make me jump before I go off to college (So some time within the next 1.5 years) and the Air Force probably will do (if I get lucky). I think it would take 30 minutes of me freaking out before I actually tried something like that, and even then someone might have to push me!

Well, you could always jump out of a plane with the suit before jumping off a cliff.

I'd love to try one of those wing-suits in a normal skydive from a plane (the higher the better) but not base jumping from a cliff. From a bridge or building, maybe, if I could find one high enough to make it worth while. But not with a cliff all around me. I get distracted too easily, and I'm twitchy when the adrenalines flowing.
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

Im still terrified. Im one of those guys who never has the balls to do it the first time, but once ive done it, I cannot stop going back for more. I think Ill have a buddy come along on my first jump in case I need a push...

You do realize that twitch against the massive force of 100 M.P.H. winds is nothing?

Unless you're 5 feet from a sheer rock wall, in which case a I'd probably have one arm start flapping and the other fold up, corkscrewing me into the rocks at stated 100 mph...

Perhaps he's referring to the twitch of a releasing bowel?

Not if you lift your left arm and flap your right. :D (If the wall is on your right.)

There are several "things" that fall from the sky: Rain, Snow, Bird Droppings and Fools....in regards to the "flying Squirrels", take your pick.  I'm leaning towards "fools."  :D

I'd say bird droppings for planes.

Also, I saw an interview of a guy who shattered his (left -- I think) leg doing this...caught a nasty unexpected wind sheer coming off the face of the cliff and he bounced off a rock at high speed because of it.  Lucky to be alive, that one.

It seems fun, but I think jumping out of an airplane -- nowhere near a rock-face -- would be exhilarating enough.

I'm sorry, I couldn't watch long enough to see the landing part. Was worried my sons would come through and say "Wow! I wanna do that!!"  Do they have chutes at the end?

Yes. They slowly float to the ground.
