Look at the Add/Remove Programs list. If you don't mind, could you post the list of programs listed here? If not, could you email it to skuzzy or perhaps PM it to me? The idea is to determine what security software you have on that computer. I'm still convinced there's something in your computer blocking the transmission.
And one more time. Do you know if you have Windows Firewall? It comes default with XP, not certain about Vista.
