The TGs will be under the control of the CiC, not the CM, and they must remain inside the shaded "target grid" displayed on the maps. Thx. The initial "target star" only shows the TG at frame start, but the ships will be inside the assigned grids.
CiCs may delegate a squad as well to control them, as long as they are clear on the operating area.
