There are so many things that can influence long range accuracy. The first being, of course, you. The 2nd being the load and/or rifle. It doesnt look to me that you have a point of aim, no bullseye to center on. That could be the problem. The last is wind. The .22s have rather poor SDs and BCs and especially if you are using a light bullet the wind could really be messing with it. The 6mms do far better.
Looking at those .22 bullets holes and then looking at the green thing I can tell you the green thing isnt the size of a quarter.
Either way looks minute of coyote to me. Practice and searching for the perfect load will whittle down your groups.
