No.

For shooting field guns, read Zazen's article "Aiming the Ostwind" on the Aces High Training Corps website - field guns are used in the same way.

Also many players in the TA (me included)  will be happy to provide a willing target for some field/naval gun practice

no you can not change any of the parameters of the drones circling the field. You can however try out any of a number of off line missions where the AI planes actively try to kill you  Check out the Off-line Missions Thread.

Flatiron I Highly recommend the offline missions.

Myself I use Baumer's missions all the time for guns practice, for warmup prior to heading to the wars, or to refresh my memory on where a particular set of guns shoots. You can find them here flatiron.
