Its going to be a Russian bomber  :rock

Yeah, no question. Were getting the Soviet bomber. Its the only major power not represented with a level bomber in what was the most heavily contested front in the war. Imagine the opportunites for special events with the addition of a Soviet bomber. P-39s, LAs, IL-2s, Yaks, TU-2s?? All against the Luftwaffe, and with major tank battles also going on??

It would be glorious! The history behind it makes me giddy just thinking about it.

And what if your wish turns out to be granted, but not as popular after playing with it? Such as the case proven with the P39?

I never wished for the P-39. But these pages were filled with all who did. You mean they arent actually flying it?

The TU-2 has all the ingrediants to be a highly successful medium bomber/attacker in Aces High. Its fast, has a good bombload, and is decently defended. Its almost a hybrid of the better qualities of the other mediums already in the game. Performance of the KI-67, nimble as a Mossie, bombload of a B-26 or even a JU-88, it was quite probably the best medium bomber of the war.

Besides we dont have a Russian bomber.

We’re working on new terrain upgrades in both the technology and the art used

as much as I would like a new plane to fly, I would like flying the ones we have now in a whole new world even better.

Yes we do.

OK, I'll take the bait.  Can't pull up the game on the computer that I am using, but for the life of me I can't figure out which bomber we have that is Russian.  Unless you mean that the LA's can drop bombs.

Running through the list.

We don't have any Russia bombers that were not lend lease, unless he is referring to the Il2 which was more of a ground attack a/c than a horizontal bomber.

Not talking about the IL2. I was talking about the lend leased A20, B25, and Boston Mk IIIs. They may not have been made in Russia but they were used by them so they are "Russian bombers".
