Too bad to see him out of office and the iranian nuclear facilities still standing. Bush was last hope to deal with them, i believe he would have bombed them but too many were against, only future will tell who was right and wrong. But now, nothing can stop them , we are going to see Hezbollah fanatics armed with nukes in next years; Obama looks weak, without experience and manipulated by those old sharks around him, Israel has no power to do it ,and those timid naive europeans politicians want to fight evil with pen, paper and UN resolutions.

I wouldn't worry too much about that Iranian Nuke Program.  $10 bucks says that it gets flattened 2 weeks before they get their first bomb.

The rest of your post is VERY interesting---and very accurate, and reflects a time before WWII where some thought they had "Peace in our time".

'Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.'

"Notable Quotations from George Santayana, Life of Reason, Reason in Common Sense, Scribner's, 1905, page 284"

Since history has a really weird way of repeating itself look out for something big in 4-8 years. My grandfather told me that this time period reminds him of the Depression in many ways. The only reason we aren't seeing massive failures is the current ability of people to live off the credit cards for a while in hopes of coming back to the top. Remember most people who worked didn't really use a bank until AFTER the Depression and many didn't know what credit as we know it was until the last 40-50 years.

Don't prosecute what?

Dang, srry bout that mistake.  That really makes the post weak.

They were talking about Bush and any others that lead us to war being prosecuted.

Of course, I am assuming they were not including those democrats in Congress that voted to go to war.  That wouldnt be MSNBC's style.

Dude, I'm sorry.  I still don't get it.

You said this in relation to travelling to Iran:

"...we may be viewed as war criminals if we don't prosacute"

Who is "we"?  Who are "we" prosecuting?

I never said anything about Iran.

My inital post was confusing because I didn't define these people were talking about prosecuting Bush.

My post was reffering to an American news show talking about Americans traveling abroad.  They assumed that if The American Government did not prosecute President Bush and other people in power including Vice president Cheaney for war crimes etc., then American travellers in foriegn countries may be treated as if they themselves were war criminals.

I guess I am guilty too then because I bought stocks that I knew would do well during the war. I suppose its time to turn myself in.

LBJ made a fortune from the same outfit during the Vietnam war, "before your time right"? But nobody was screaming for his head. While your at it take a good look at whos filling the Clintons coffers. Blackwater is a big contributor, "Oh I forget these are soft money campaign contributions" right? :lol Its not that I disagree with you. Its just that voices like yours are strangly silent when "your guy" is making the $$. Course LBJ and Billary knew/knows that you can stick up a Brinks truck with the left hand as long as the right hand is clenched for civil rights. Remember, "The bigger the Lie the more they believe".

Im going to bow out cause this one is bordering on the Political. But I'll say this. Your hero came up thru one of the most corrupt machines in the world. "They" are the ones that made him. Not you! And the bill is going to come due.

I understand it has happened with everyone, power corrupts all, I was just venting at the two most recent guilty parties, wont do anything though I know... I wish the president was my buddy so I could be pardoned for doing anything
