I was at 92 the other day in cv world looking for some action. I got into a 1 vs. 1 with my f4U1A vs. a p51 and we duked it out a bit before a got a shot on him. Since the red dar bar was growing in that sector and I was on deck I headed back to 92. It was flashing. At about 17k was a formation of lancs. It took a few passes but I got two of them and left the 3rd one unharmed. I'm always of the position to kill 2 and leave the 3rd for questioning. I land at 92, rearm and see the base flashing again. I figure I could get picked but I took off anyway. Built some speed and began to climb. Way up in the clouds, out of icon range is a single plane that I believe is the last Lanc. Now this reminded me of an old joke but to that later. So I climb up get co-alt and he dives for his home base. 2 sectors later I catch up and dispense with him.
Now the joke. There was couple who had been trying to have a baby. Finally they conceived and when their baby was born it was just a head. But they loved their little head and nurtured him as best they could. When the head turned 21. Dad took him to a bar and bought him a drink. After the first drink an arm popped out. He then took another and then the other arm popped out. After several drinks he had an entire body with legs and everything. He is in such jubilation that he does cartwheels out of the bar and into the street. There he is hit by a bus and killed instantly. Moral of the story........................ ..Quit while you're a head.
