Hitech... you NEED to do that thingy Milenko mentioned of having a popup display that they arent to pesture you about game stuff while in grey... it could make your day better AND set some boundries/protocol for when your in the arena.

Squelch all chanels when you fly or better yet, use a bogus ID. (If your really nice to Ronni she may give you one for free.)

Aces High is the best damn flight sim. period! i dont have 1 issue that i feel needs to be changed/altered in any way. the game is absolutely outstanding as it is. the new additions are nice when we get them,but we are nobody to be throwing around orders to what needs to be added. although the p40 would be nice

but i will take what i get and be happy with it. like the old saying goes..."beggars cant be choosers"

Hey all, good posts.

I think it would be good for those of us new to the game to alert squad commanders about this little problem. I absolutely love seeing hitech flying with us, and have only said "Great new patch! love the map!" to him. I probably shouldnt have even said that. I am going to alert the other RTC members of what I have read here. I guess I was assuming (like an idiot) that the only reason he would be up is to check for bugs. Now that I know he likes to drive his own car once in a while, I will let the other squadies know.

I would suggest that if you guys know a squad that has just entered AH (ie aw groups) make sure you let them know about this.

I love this game! I admire the people that make this game happen because you can tell that its more than just a job to them. They have achieved excellence with this game. Like everybody else, I have a list of things that I would like to see added, and a few things that I would like to see changed, but I will tell you right now that if not another thing were ever changed or added to AH, I would still spend my Friday nights, Saturdays, and days off work playing it, just like I do now. This is the greatest flight simulator I have ever played, and I have played almost every one that has been produced since 1989. I own dozens of flight sims, but I have not played any other flight sim since I suscribed to AH. Outstanding job HTC!

my $0.02:

- Those in the know should let those who don't know know - make newbies aware of the grey/blue text "rule".

- Those in the know should do what they know - if experienced player is asking/commenting, don't expect newbies not to.

I heard this comment last week, and well y'all know me, as I can't keep quiet when a player is obviously in need of assistance.

Yeah when i see a comment like that I often reply in kind, before settling down to try and help.

I do type too much, yeah I know, but I try to help when I can.

The person who made the opening statement above left the game (2 weeker i believe) after feeling he was personally attacked. Maybe he was... The strongest statement I recall making was "Grow a spine or get out of online gaming +)"
