AH2 film viewer

I wish they would fix the AVI converter on the film viewer so we can do more with it instead of having to rely on Fraps!  :pray

You might be able to use it. Ask some people in the Films and Screenshots forum for assistance on figuring it out. I do agree, though. The system is quite complicated and could use a more simple interface supporting more export codecs and output types.

Actually you dont have to use fraps, i use Cam Studio, run the film i want on AH2 FV in full screen and use the # pad keys to move the screen around, it has good quality, its free, and it gets all the sounds, after you recorded with Cam Studio, go into what ever video program you have, like windows movie maker for instance, and then upload it, add effects more audio voice etc...

You can add effects and the like with Camtasia Studio, don't need to use Movie Maker.  In fact, you'll probably lose image quality by using Movie Maker.  But Fraps is best if you want to record game play and then use Cam Studio to do any edits.

Camtasia Studio

Use this instead of Cam Studio.  You can download a trial version (full features) for 30 days, uninstall it when it expires and reinstall it again.

Thanks for all the good advice, and I found that to actually make the movies Nero Vision does the best job without losing quality, but it isn't a free program.
