same here, had the LP for a few years and I gave my best friend the last Ibanez about 3 years ago. rest where when I was in my twenties....... well the other 2 ibanez where stolen later.

When the server goes down why do we not get an update. We pay $15 a month for a service that quite frankly gives no service. Every time the server goes down it would definitely nice for us to have an update. I realize it does not go down often but a simple lil' shout would help from the administration or maybe a sorry we are working on it. Its like the customers are left in the dark. Lets say for example there is a power failure..... or weather. Anything just please let us customers know and if it will be down for a while or we just do not know when it will be back up.

Maybe because it's a Sunday night and the small office of HTC is closed?  They probably don't even know about it.  Their servers are typically very reliable, and I don't expect them to drive to the office drunk after the super bowl to fix this.  It can wait until tomorrow.

Maybe they don't know its down yet? Out at an SB party not having to worry about work. Maybe the ice storm a couple days ago has created power problems. I am sure they will apologize to you DrDeath.

I am not looking for any apology from them as I know they do the best they can.
Maybe you should find something constructive to do while the server is down.
