Last night I notice my TCP switching so ping plotted and got the same results that everybody is getting, the ATT hubs are causing the problem with ping rate and packet losses, I called Comcast this morning and had it esclated I suggest everybody start calling there cable provider and give them the IP address and keep it up until they address this issue.
