Just found out from reading the forums that Star Wraith 3D is only made up of one person.

I downloaded it, it's pretty fun/cool, but you can't kill jack with the lazer guns I learned :(

I like it though  :aok

You start off with enough to get some small upgrades and should be able to pick up an additional weapon.  After that you should be able to take some of the station contracts for miners and blow up asteroids for some quick cash.

Is there like a manual? I still got like 85 minutes of the demo.

There are the training tutorials that don't take time away from the demo and I also believe there is a link in the main menu that will bring up the manual on their website.  Or you can just go to their website and get the manual.

Ack-Ack, would I be able to play the game well enough with only being able to use one arm, I mean is there alot of things you need to do like using the keyboard, and joystick at the same time, or would I be fine?

The game does allow you to play with just the keyboard but you would have to remap the keys to make them more convenient for you.

The default keyboard layout isn't set up very well and it will really make the layout more convenient to remap the keys.  I'm playing right now with mouse and keyboard and remapped the controls I use the most to the WASD layout.  W and S for up/down vector thrusters (default map for these keys is velocity controls, so you may want to keep them as that), and A and D for rolls.  I've also mapped my side (strafe) vectoring controls to Q and E.  I also have a G15 keyboard and have used those macro keys to program my radar and targeting commands to it so I have all my main controls within easy reach of my left hand while flight maneuvering is done with the mouse and my scroll wheel for my thrust and mouse buttons for weapons.

I've tried Eve Online, no interest in basically what amounts to an economic simulation with graphics.  I'm more interested in the flying sort of space sims, like the old Tie Fighter series and Wing Commander.  That's why I am eagerly awaiting Jumpgate Evolution.

Um....I hate to say this, but you're doing it wrong.  I bet you didn't even get out of empire space did you?
