They are suing for 32 million because the carpetbagger trial lawyer wants to get rich. Those people wont see much of that money even if they win and they wont be any closer to being U.S. citizens.

It's not that there are a lot of them. There can be 30 trillion for all I care, as long as theyre on THEIR side of the border. It's when they cross over to leech off of our economy and waste our time with pathetic law suits like this, take funding away from students like me who have a future, a desire, and the brains to actually do something, by requiring ESL classes who get the budget that was SUPPOSED to go to helping me pay for my AP exams. They don't pay taxes, they just take the money from honest people who do.

A short drop and a sudden stop... justice.

In fact I'd bet most of those Northern Euro countries, the ones with lofty morality, dont allow much immigration.

think again

btw when you guys so righteously say that the US is made up of "legal immigrants", presumably they all filed applications with the indiginous peoples and were approved for residency, rather than just bowling in, taking whatever land and resources they fancied and making up laws to suit themselves?

Yeah tell me where you live and I will try to enter and stay in your country illegally.  Also I will want hand outs from the government so I can live.  As far as these "anchor" babies go, let them give birth to the kid and once mother and child are safe and healthy deport them.

If there WERE no laws regarding immigration, it would have been impossible to immigrate illegally...

big if there, its inconceivable that settlers didnt violate a whole range of local laws, including those related to territoriality.

Holmes, would you care to find a law, ANY law, regarding immigration to the Americas? Prior to, say... 1776? After that, immigration was regulated occasionally, and there were illegals then too. In all my studies of U.S. History, there has never once been any mention of any immigration law prior to the late 1800s.

I'd love to, unfortunately I dont speak any of the hundreds of native american languages, and theres hardly any one left alive who does either. laws were rolled up with a story-based oral tradition, rather than written documentation, so thats going to be very tricky.
