For all you guys that develop skins for AH.  I found this forum a while back and what to see the how good it is.  From what i can tell you, if you need info on any photo but not sure on the info, or need info on a particulur skin.  This is the place to go.  There are guys on here that really know there stuff.  And they have a crap load of books on LW skin and markings.  I hope this is something of good vaule.

I am a member there.  The only thing that makes me skittish are the "artist renderings" or profile artwork for skins. 

There are as many interpretations of colors/markings/camo splinters as there are grains of sand on the beach.

Photos are the definitive source for markings, etc.  As far as color goes, there can be hours of debate on what  RLM xxx , really looks like. 

Even in the field, it depended a lot on what materials were at hand to make the colors at any given time.  Could be a mixture of chalk dust, engine grime, and shale dust depending on what color was needed as opposed to what supplies were available.
