Some people are just sore losers.

You pwned me twice tonight and both times I saw the setup after it unfolded. Served me right.

Now stop cheating, dammit.

But seriously, Silat wants his money back. (How's that for a new rumour?)

I didnt download the film, is there a purpose? Almost everyone knows moot is good. If someone accuses someone "good" of cheating, it's usually a laughable matter. Is this any different? Not really worth a download, or a thread, in my opinion.

It's not about me being good or not. It's another example of (if I may put it that way) the art of acm being ignored and appreciated as "cheating". The title is tongue in cheek.
When I came into the MAs and got an eye for acm, saw players like Fester clean up a furball on his own in a P38, or hblair pull off crazy moves and tatering things left and right, I didn't get irritated and threw the js at the screen screaming cheat.. My jaw dropped and I thought "but if he can do that, so can I".

I think it's a real shame this would get spoilt with some crappy obscurantist rumors.  My 2c.

Moot in the 152 is like Michaelangelo and paint, Beethoven and the piano, DaVinci and inventing. A Master.

To accuse him of cheating is ridiculous.

Just let it be like water off a ducks back sir  :salute

Moot you are a cheater.... you took the time to learn your aircraft and learned to maneuver it. Heaven forbid your ummm victim having to do the same to be as effective.

Seen him do that too many times. I've seen Blu do that many times, and I've been stuck in a few of Blu's crazy stall manuvers that she comes out to be right on your tail with a snapshot.
I've fought Dutchie many times in his 109 and come out of stall turns like nothing. I know most of you guys have been doing this a wile, and I have learned from a lot of you guys just by either in a fight, or watching films. This is why I have gotten so much better in the year and a half that I have been doing this.
<S> you guys.

I'm embarrassed to tell you how many F4U's she shot down with an A6M5 in a recent FSO frame. :o

My biggest problem in the 152 is not flat stalling at the top of a rope. This vid was pretty helpful, thanks m00t. The pony looked like he had some idea of what he was doing, It's just pretty obvious he didn't know what the 152 is capable of. It was really stupid of him to go up after you, especially after turning into you after the first initial merge, where he had lost alot of airspeed (talking about the 1st video, didn't D/L the second) Either way he was dead in my opinion. Since he went up; he got roped, and had he tried to extend, you would have just ended up with an alt advantage, and we all know you don't miss very often  :)

This guy accuses me of cheating, repeatedly.  Another guy has been doing it chronicaly each time he sees me in the MA. And apparently the guy in the film is in a squad who also nourishes these accusations.  These accusations are ridiculously bogus and yet they get to survive in hearsay which really spoils it for me and probably gets yet more people on the rumor bandwagon (guy #1's squad apparently are convinced my squad cheats).  Instead of seeing things for what they really are, just plain simple acm.
I could smack talk the guy into silence or report them (and they deserve it, these two guys I'm talking about are in "respected" squads that have been around in AH for a long while) but that's beside the point... This is the best answer I have for all the problems it brings up (I'm not cheating, I get the last word, and it kills the cheating rumor in plain sight of everyone with a little pedagogy on top). Chlorine in the pool.

Hope I didn't break any rules.. <S>
As a member of the 412th I feel I have to respond, although I probably shouldn't. I'm in no way a spokesman for my squad, but I can assure you the 412th does not nourish cheating accusations of any kind. We are a group of competitive guys and we have our bad days like everyone else. And sometimes we may do or say things we regret in the heat of the moment. I certainly do, especially if I've been drinking  :lol. I do think that this should have not been put on 200 or the BBS. This kind of talk does nothing positive for the game or the relationship between our two squads.  :salute

Yes I seen your post from yesterday and it was locked before I could respond. Gaboon is a new member and I don't agree with what he did either. I'm of the mindset that regardless of what people think about this kind of thing, it should be recorded and sent to HTC for them to handle. I'll talk to SkatSr and Tango today and see if we can get this back under control. I do not want the 412th tarnished by this stuff. The Braunco Mustangs have a code of conduct and sometimes we need to go back and review it from time to time. :salute
