Im flying back to A3 I think it was.  I'm about 3 miles out decending to land when I see a large group of back dots to the North of the field.

They look like aircraft beyond Icon range but right on the deck moving fast.  Low Level Mossie raid I'm thinking.  Still have enough gas and plenty of ammo and I'm in a perfect position to bounce em.

In I go getting closer and closer but I never get an icon.  Almost on the deck now and still nothing but dots and man are they moving.  Finally I'm right on top of then and I can see.....SHEEP!!  Lots and lots of sheep moving about 200 knts.  I started laughing so hard I almost crashed.

Wonder if you can kill em???  Well lets find out.  I line one up make a screaming pass and bang.  One dead sheep.

Low on gas and with 4 sheep to my credit I decide to land.  Flaps down, gear down, throttle about 20" settling, settling...Bang dead in the tower.  Those sheep are hard to see, one got me while landing.  :)

Rolled in a Mossie to go sheep hunting.  Kill 19 of the little buggers.  Looking for my next victim I spy a dot not moving.  Ah Ha, caught one not paying attention.  Line him up and just as I open fire....Bang dead, little bastard was just waiting for me to get good and steady then hit me dead center when he pulled the trigger.

HT, I don't know if this counts as an official "Evil Con Mission"(tm) But it sure was funny.  Hope you guys had as much fun running around in them as I had hunting them.  It was great <S>

The sheep (Operation Lamb Chop), were specialty units designed to operate at speeds of 90mph.  Specially designed cockpits were in order as they could turn at top speed without bleeding any E.
The armament was specially designed dual 50 caliber chain guns, with a firing rate of 200 rounds/sec.
The rounds wre stored in a manner which allowed the sheep to carry up to 15,000 rounds.
A newly designed radar jamming system was fitted so they could not be detected by the enemy.
Pilots were warned of being careful as going over hills or drop offs could flip the sheep unit over.  Water also had very interesting effects, as it would reduce the friction of the motion system and cause the sheep to launch into a break-dancing manuever.
During deployment, it was advised pilots should have consumed at least 2 shots of Udie's tequila, as to relax the pilot and to keep the sheep from getting hyper.

We are happy to say the sheep pulled the wool over the enemies eyes and earned a place in history along side of the "pet rock"   :D.

However, after review, the use of the Wooled Attack Unit will have to be terminated for the following reasons:
1)  The shearing and cleaning of the wool is too time consuming.
2)  Too many pilots were allergic to the wool seats.
3)  The high COG made it too easy to tip over the unit.
4)  Problems with other sheep trying to mount it caused high degrees of stress in the pilot.
5)  Due to the compact size of the unit, the pilot suffered from high degrees of vibration while firing the chain gun.  Many came back missing most of thier teeth.
6)  There is no safe aspect view of the unit to minimize the target size.
7)  The wool would occasionally catch on tree limbs and stop the unit cold in its tracks.
8)  The physcological impact on the enemy was not nearly as effective as planned.  Instead of fear,..the enemy laughed too hard, raising the morale.  Unacceptable.
9)  The unit had a tendency to draw other sheep to it, which served to unmask the stealth capabilities.

Overall performance was rated as fair.  The unit has officially been disbanded,

Evil just Evil!!!!

Now flying is never going to be the same anymore.  I can see it already I'm taking off in my Lanc scanning the landscape.........looking at those evil white dots...OMG did that one move???..Climb lanc climb...It's coming at me I know it....have to pull back on stick more....OH NO I'M IN A STALL...BOOM!  Back to Tower, later reporting my status to my CO I explain that a sheep distracted me and I'm in the tower.  With him raising his eyebrow I"m grounded for phychological analisys.

Thanks guys for making me even more paranoid then before.  But look at the excuses I'll have for Ch 1.  You didn't get me the sheep did   :D

I'll bet the sheep run faster than 90MPH in New Zealand....espaecially if they hear Vulcan unzip his fly!
