Meat is evil.

See? I can do it too! Something other than a cynical statement lacking absolutely any explanation would be nice.

Well now, I don't know anything about this aircraft. But if I WERE to say it was fake, I would avoid sounding like an arse by following one of these formats:

"That is fake because..."

or

"Judging by _______, we can see this has been doctored"

or

"The _________ [debate, discussion, article, etc.] has already proven this to have been propganda"

He just said the pic is doctored.  Don't read so much into a plain simple statement of fact.

Seeing as there is no place for the jet's exhaust to escape. Also the fact there's a defense of the Reich band and the cowling looks like the prop and spinner have been doctored out. Finally the plane is armed with WGr. 21 cm rockets and two sets of cannon, which shouldn't even be on an early prototype.

I know, it's just rather annoying to get yet another person jumping in with just "Its doctored" and nothing else. As a rule of thumb, explain WHY you say it's doctored or keep your mouth shut. Without an explanation or justification, his statement is worthless.

Seeing as there is no place for the jet's exhaust to escape. Also the fact there's a defense of the Reich band and the cowling looks like the prop and spinner have been doctored out. THERE we go. THAT is a great post/explanation!

Not true:

The FW-190TL was one of the earliest Focke-Wulf jet projects. This 1941 design is based on a standard FW-190 fighter powered with a FW T.1 turbojet (600kg) in place of the BMW piston engine. The jet comprised a two-stage radial compressor, single-stage turbine and an annular combustion chamber. The exhaust passed through as annular outlet running around the circumference of the fuselage. Development was discontinued in 1942.

FW.190 Turbojet data:
Length.........8.84m
Span............10.5m
Wing area....18.3sq.m
Max. speed..760km/h at sea level,
830km/h at 9,000m
Endurance..1hour 12 min.

Can't comment on the WGr. 21 cm rockets, cannon, and markings, but my guess is they're "doctored in"

I didn't see that, good explanation. I doubt the markings and weapons are doctored in though, it looks though, that the prop and spinner are doctored out.
