I consider channel 200 sorta like gun control.
I don't tune it.. much like I don't own a gun.
However, I believe that those who wish to tune and use the channel have the right to do so. As I support the rights of others to own guns.
Some use it for good purposes. Comraderie, friendship, playful banter, instructional, and as a glorified chat room.
Others use it for bad purposes. Personal attacks, bigotry, hatred of all kinds.
Since a lot of such content is really subjective to the audience at hand, it is impossible to define a hard and fast set of what is and what is not allowed. The best you can come up with are 'guidelines'.. which, by definition, invites a whole culture of twits that seem to go out of their way to define where the limits of such guidelines are. Almost like a game within a game.
