We are working with AT&T to solve the recent and some long term issues there have been with routing problems to/from our game servers.

We have good information from Comcast and Sprint clients. What I need now is information from other ISP's.

In this thread, it would be appreciated if we could get some traceroutes or Ping Plots from ISP's other than Comcast or Sprint. It would also be helpful for you to add a comment about the quality of the connection to the servers. Discos, loss of UDP, or if nothing at all is wrong. Yes, we need good traceroutes or Ping Plots as well.

Please run the traceroute/tracert/Ping Plot to 206.16.60.38 Only one traceroute/tracert/Ping Plot is needed from each person.

AT&T will be reviewing this data tomorrow. Please keep this thread free of discussion other than the commentary with the traceroute/Ping Plot.

This is from Wichita Falls, time warner cable with their upgraded higher speed service plan (10 down / 1 up). Just a few months ago I was seeing sub-90ms rock steady pings to HTC. I haven't seen ping times this high in 12 years, back when I was on dialup. I had better pings from Cambridge, England and Osan AB, S. Korea.

I don't know if this extra info helps, but the more data the better I always say:

The rest doesn't matter as I don't play on this rig. This is running hard wired through a Linksys WRT300N that I play wireless through on my laptop (doesn't have pingplotter). I don't play a ton, but Friday I was rock solid, Sunday I flew a bit too and was rock solid.

I am using RoadRunner from zip code 53022 in WI.

From Anchorage, pretty standard, about what I normally get.

I have noticed a few more Lost UDP's than I normaly get. usualy during FSO.

Keep in mind this is not off my normal gaming computer, but they do share the conection through the router.
