It all pretty much comes down to getting hardware setup, getting the basics mastered, be it views or ACM.
From that point it depends on how you learn, and how fast you can learn and assimilate the material.
There is a lot to learn, and the curve is steep at first.

I do open training in the TA most afternoons. If you have questions, or are having problems with a particular point, by all means stop by and ask me.
