« on: March 10, 2009, 10:02:56 PM »
So i dont know if you have all heard, but korea is launching a "satallite" sometimes within next month, the UN is thinkin it could b a nuclear missile test, here is some more info on it. N.Korea also said "Shooting our satellite for peaceful purposes will precisely mean a war" North Korea already has military stationed and threaten to shoot down any Japanese or US aircraft that fly into there airspace.

What is so bad about N Korea is that if war reopens from Korea War, you know china (maybe Russia) will step in.  I have to ask my friend who is a F/A-18 pilot station in S Korea.

They are already at war with S. Korea and the U.S.  They restate this fact every few months and refuse to go to any sort of "peace talks".

The current condition is simply a ceace-fire, and the war never ended.

They do this every spring.  We respond by holding a major joint and combined command and control exercise every spring, plus we bring in a few thousand extra troops and a bunch of extra aircraft for "live" field exercises for a few weeks in the spring.

For what it's worth, since they already consider themselves to be at war, what possible outcome could they expect from launching a missile capable of reaching orbit in the general direction of North America?

If any of you are not aware of Bible proficy then you need read up on it.. The way things have escalated so rapidly not only with world conflict but the world's economy. If the end isn't close then I would hate to see what it's going to look like. Even if your not a religious person it wouldn't hurt to check it out for yourselves. Just Google " Bible Proficy" and the end times.

China isn't stupid, they're like a leach on the American economy. We cut off the blood, they die. They may HELP us, but they aren't stupid.

Only problem is they can't. Their citizens are almost completely cut off from the outside world.

Pretty easy to control a dumb population.

As a member of USFK(United States Forces Korea), CFC(Combined Forces Command, and UNC(United nations Command) I dont think the US is really worried about this, as of now none of the forces in Korea are on full alert. In the event something does happen we will be in retreat mode right off the bat, my unit is going to be the last leaving Seoul if North Korea attacks the South. If this missle is for space like they say they do have the right to launch it :salute
