Well since we are celebrating our 20th anniversary of continuous operation this month, this is a good question.

I'd have to say, its good folks that park their egos at the door, that you would spend time with anywhere.  :old:

For me it is a mutual respect for the people I am flying with (and the challenge of stealing their kills :P ).  The support I received from them while over seas, the countless hours of patience Lute had with me when I was Uber Noob (I finally graduated to Noob).  The way the squadron came together when Lute did have his fire.  The conversations I have had with all the guys and even wrag's singing (occasionally).  Then again it is all NWbie's fault, what ever went wrong.

The pilots are what makes the squad work, the leadership is what makes the squad move, the game is what keeps us together. A squad must have respect, understanding and skill to be a lasting squad.

Been in the LCA going on two years now. For me, without these guys the game wouldn't be nearly as fun or as re-playable.  :cheers:
