You guys have a new target drone!

Just wanted to pop in and say the obvious - this game is awesome. I just joined in yesterday, and already have had the honor of providing quite a few of you with some easy kills, when I wasn't slamming my bird into the ground in a fit of utter spacial disorientation! This is the first flying or combat sim I've played in over 10 years, and it's been over 15 years since I've flown a real aircraft, so needless to say this is a humbling experience! But I have to say this is totally addictive....

At least I got a kill on a Tiffy last night and a 109 this morning, amidst being shot down over THIRTEEN THOUSAND times (or so it seemed)!!!!

This game, and you guys (i've been lurking here for a couple of weeks, laughing my arse off at some of the hilarity posted here) ROCK.  :rock

On another note.... I never would have imagined that the pilot would be so vulnerable to blackout in a hard banking turn. I spend waaaaaaaaaay too much time with the screen black.  :uhoh

We have a lot of special events, notably FSO (Friday Squad Ops) just about every friday with +-500 players, and about once a year a big scenario.  The next scenario's coming up and could use Me109 and Ju88 pilots.  The Me109s available are the more nimble model, pretty accessible compared to the later heavier models.  These are the last spots for the scenario, I recommend you give it a try :)  First (practice) frame is this Saturday.
