All games are only visual or sound effects. I found it very difficult to make real water to the computer, because it kept shorting out.

It would make very cool results in ground action on dusty maps, too. e.g. as a scalar the same way materials are handled in skin files or visibility range is handled in arena settings.  The higher the scalar, the more dust effects.

but more importantly. will planes go kaplunk! and dissapear, or are they just going to 'float' there for an indefinate amount of time.
i mean there doesn't need to be any depth to add a splash sprite.
