last i asked about mods was an email sent to skuzzy. what i was told is that in game mods are picked by Hitech himself. they do have to meet some qualifications. as far as my run ins with the in game mods is not good as i have been muted for saying F4U before once i forgot to hit my num lock and left the 4 out and said FU and instant mute. i have not been muted in some time but i am sure with the younger players that are coming in they have upped the mods to instant mute.

but as AKAK said you should just email this to skuzzy or Hitech. will it get you any where NO mods are always right. next time film the whole night and if you get muted for something stupid then you have proof with you it its your word against theirs

mmmm TB...im not sure...i may be wrong on this, however, i personally don't think its appropriate to call someone that but i see people getting called that alot. i never heard of anyone getting muted for it till now but i say much less and get muted so...i welcome u to the frequent mute's club!!! btw...i have NOT been muted in a few months now! i don't plan to fall off the wagon either!

On the topic.... getting muted like that is pretty stupid... 600 minutes? That's abusing moderator powers. A frigging warning would have been sufficient.

I'm glad that there aren't any of these fools operating in off-peak times (or if there are they operate with some class and judgement), I never see this sort of garbage.

Mods need to get a life.  They told me "Banshee7 please calm down" before and I may have typed one line while the other guy filled up a page.  Did I e-mail it?  No.  It wouldn't have accomplished anything other than "Our Mods are always right.  You should learn to control yourself or leave our community."

E-mailed or PMed Skuzzy one time about people reporting (I asked for specifics like how many people have to report you just so I know how it works and the basics behind it).  His repsonse "there's nothing more you need to know other than it takes X amount of players...etc..)  My question wasn't so hard.

I've been muted/chat suspended for simple things when I've seen much worse on 200/country, but I've learned to just let it go.  Take my punishment and move on like a mature young adult.

Me personally:  I think the mutings are a good thing.  There are children playing this game that don't need to say/hear some of the things said.
