Titanic Tuesday Missions
« on: April 01, 2009, 11:34:38 AM »
Last night's Titanic Tuesday was fun.  On the bish side we ran some great missions, with main goal being to do something a little different and have fun.
We ran a:

P40-E mission
Stukka raid
Bn-5 CV strike
Jeep/M3 raid
B25 strike
and a few others.

Thanks for the many who joined and had fun no matter what the outcome was.
Thanks to the Rooks and Knights who we engaged and engaged us.   It was fun to try something a little different.  :salute

I thought the missions were poorly planned, and even more poorly executed.

At least they are trying to do something different and fun besides as longs as they had fun who cares if it was planned well or executed well?

There is nothing new about what they did except that they had fun instead of worrying over a game. The 80th has flown these type "missions" for quite some time and we always have fun. It is good to see new folks finding out about the "fun" side of this game though.

As for poorly planned and poorly run? I see that 24 missed the whole point of said missions.

The only mission I ran up against was the P40 run and I was low on ammo so my fun was limited. But I do have to hand it to those guys, they didnt put a hoard up against an undefendid base. They came into 152 which was swarming with rooks heading into the 152 to 153 furball. It really made for a nice fight even if it didnt last long.

Was a lot of fun guys  :salute

You should just stop thinking. It doesn't do much for you anyway.

Had more fun last night than I'v had in the MA for a long time, was fun to jump in planes I haven't flown much.

Same people that piss and moan about NOE missions were complaining about the missions coming in at altitude...some of you guys are ridiculous  :lol
