Scenarios and FSO.

But it has Da Cannunz.

On a side note, they had a terrible habit of falling apart.   Structural integrity problems.  The tails fell off.  Read of an account where a Marine attack squadron that flew TBMs refused to switch to the Helldiver for this reason.

don't even really need them for scenarios. I'm all for new planes...I'd want to see this plane added, just not for a number of years. There's many more planes that should come first/be updated

don't even really need them for scenarios.

First combat 1943 over Rabual, they flew in the battles of the Marianas, and Leyte Gulf  and carried out strikes on Formosa.
I'd say they're needed.

It would be an upgrade to the SBD, I guess well the Pilots who flew them liked the SBD more. but   +1 from me

Yeah you do. Last combat of the SBD with the fleet carriers was the Battle of the Philippine Sea. Afterwards the SB2C replaced them on the decks of the fleet carriers. I don't even think Dauntlesses were carried aboard the CVEs by then. The remaining SBDs were all operating from USMC units assigned to shore bases.

I would love to have a Helldiver in the line up.  I occasionally play with the Dauntless and TBM.......a pair of 20mm cannon would be a much appreciated addition.

I agree. I'd love to see more carrier based aircraft *cough*Fairey Firefly (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,251751.0.html)*cough* though. This bird, besides FSOs and Screenshots wouldn't see much usage. I think it's one that should be added none-the-less because of the amount that is WAS used, but I believe there is more important aircraft that should be put in/remodeled first.
